Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for prepaid orders above ₹ 450.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment centre for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. 

Shipping time: Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centre to the destination.
Please Note: Even though our shipping partners are working overtime to deliver on time but due to the ongoing pandemic, they are still working with limited staff. Delivery of your orders may be delayed by up to 10 days.

Please note that our products are shipped from different warehouses because of which you may receive your order on different days.

Undelivered Orders
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as store credit to your LetsDviate account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

Tracking
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Our shippers offer state of the art tracking for the orders which ensures that you will be kept updated with regular SMSs to your registered mobile number and an email will be sent with a link to your email ID that you provided at the time of placing the order. You can also track it from your account page on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the respective Order ID.
